R.E. License Now Real Estate School is a one-stop shop for all your real estate licensing needs. From pre and post licensing to continuing education and broker licensing, R.E. License Now has your real estate education needs covered from the comfort of your own home at your own pace.
R.E. License Now’s pre-license sales associate course is a unique hybrid course designed to maximize your success. The 63-hour State required course is completed through our online platform at your pace. Once you’re ready to take your exam, the Cram for the Exam class will help prepare you to take your State exam with confidence.

About Denis
Denis is a 50+ year veteran of the Emerald Coast and a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker. After a very successful career in the Automotive Retail Business, he turned his sights to a rewarding career in Real Estate. Denis is a Choctawhatchee High School graduate and holds an AA Degree from OWCC and a BA Degree from the University of West Florida with a major in Accounting. Denis has been able to use his 43 years of practical business experience in sales to blend a unique insight into how to run and manage a successful Real Estate practice.
Denis has marketed and sold residential, commercial and land throughout Northwest Florida for over 14 years. He is currently the Consulting Broker for Keller Williams Emerald Coast working with over 400 Real Estate agents through live classroom instruction, mentoring and coaching.
Denis is a Florida Association of Realtors Faculty Member, instructing other Realtors in Sales and Marketing, Negotiating and Counseling and Property Management for the Graduate Realtor Institute.
He is certified in Continuing Education courses for the Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors including:
